HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M.S. BEDI.

M.M. KUMAR, J. (ORAL)
The prayer made in the instant petition is to quash the order dated 12.10.2006 (P-3) with a further prayer to direct the respondents not to transfer the petitioner from Chhachhrauli Range (T) to Ambala (T) Division.
Without going into the merits of the case, we deem it just and appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing representation before respondent No.2 by brining to his notice all the grounds taken in this C.W.P. No. 16577 of 2006
petition. Let a representation be made under Registered A.D. cover within a period of two weeks from today and if that be done, then respondent No.2 shall pass a speaking order on the representation made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of its receipt.
