The instant petition is directed against transfer order dated 1.7.2006 (P-1) whereby he has been transferred from GSSS, Julana to Govt.
High School, Kharanti (Jind) and relieving order dated 13.10.2006 (P-3).
Before approaching this Court the petitioner has not made any representation to respondents 2 and 3 by bringing to their notice that the policy instructions providing guidelines for transfer have been violated by the impugned order. Therefore, we deem it just and appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing representation before respondents 2 and 3 by bringing to their notice all the grounds taken in this petition showing that the policy instructions providing guidelines for transfer have been violated. Let a representation be made under Registered A.D.Cover CWP No. 16690 of 2006 2
