Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there are certain technical defects in the instant writ petition and he may be permitted to withdraw the same so as to enable him to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by removing technical defects.
Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
