After this petition was adjourned sine die on September 4, 2003, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time on 26.5.2006 to find out the latest position as regards the pendency of special leave petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

From the record it appears that S.L.P. is still pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. In this view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to get it revived, if so required or advised in future.
