The petitioners filed CWP No.15534 of 2005 which was disposed of by this Court on 29.9.2005 with a direction that the case of the petitioners be considered in the light of communication dated 22.9.1999, which was placed on record before the Bench. The claim of the petitioners was required to be decided within a period of three months.
Alleging non-compliance of the aforementioned order, this contempt petition has been filed.
Upon a direction to the Learned State Counsel to seeks instructions in the matter, the respondent has filed affidavit dated 6.9.2006, which is taken on record. Along with the said affidavit, a copy of the order dated 18.9.2006 has been appended as Annexure R-3, which is purported to have been passed in compliance of the directions issued by this court.
COCP No.1117 of 2006 -: 2 :-
In view of the fact that the respondent has considered the claim of the petitioners, as directed by this court, and has passed a speaking order, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to impugn the aforesaid speaking order, if so advised.
