Shri D.R.Bansal, Advocate
CORAM:-HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE SURYA KANT
SURYA KANT, J.
The petitioner filed C.W.P. No.9777 of 2005 which was disposed of on July 4, 2005 with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the notice which he had already served, by passing a speaking order within a period of two months.
Alleging non-compliance of the aforesaid order, this contempt petition has been filed.
In response to the show cause notice, the respondent has filed his reply and along with the same he has appended a copy of the reply to the legal notice sent through the counsel of the respondent on 29.7.2005. A perusal of the reply to the legal notice reveals that the same has been passed in compliance to the order passed by this Court.
In this view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to treat the reply to the legal notice received by him as an order disposing of his representation and impugn the same before any appropriate forum, if so advised.
