This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that directions be issued to the respondent to frame regular time table regarding plying of buses on various routes falling within its jurisdiction.
During arguments, it transpires that for the relief, which the petitioner is seeking in this writ petition, he has already filed a representation dated 25.8.2006 (Annexure P/2).
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent, to decide representation of the petitioner, referred to above, as per law, by passing a speaking order. Needful be done within six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
