The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

for quashing the order dated 28.4.2006 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda and further directing respondent No.1 to try the challan case along with the complaint case.

Counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the judgement dated 17.8.2006 passed in Sessions Case No.30 of 17.9.2004, this petition has become infructuous and may be dismissed as such.
