JUDGMENT
This judgment shall dispose of a bunch of writ petitions as common questions of law and similar facts are involved in all the writ petitions.
It is the conceded position between the learned counsel for the parties that the controversy involved in the bunch of writ petitions is covered by a judgment of this Court dated January 11, 2006 passed in CWP No.19344 of 2003 (Subhash Chander and others v. State of Haryana and others).
In view of the aforesaid fact, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated January 11, 2006 passed in CWP No.19344 of 2003 (Subhash Chander and others v. State of Haryana and others).
