By way of present revision petition challenge is to the order passed by the learned District Judge, Kurukshetra vide which the appeal was ordered to be dismissed for non-appearance of the counsel as well as non-payment of court fee.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that it was on account of the fact that the appellant was in jail and therefore, the necessary steps could not be taken.
Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this revision petition to approach the learned District Judge, Kurukshetra with appropriate application in this regard.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
