On the asking of Court, Shri Ashish Rawal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of Shri Anupam Gupta, Advocate for the said respondents.
Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of directions to the respondents to issue a no objection certificate for migration to the Institute of Engineering and Technology Bhaddal, District Ropar to the petitioner, affiliated with the respondent Punjab Technical University.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the averments made by her in the present petition, we find that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner has already issued a legal notice (Annexure P.9) dated September 21,
2006. We further find that University has already initiated proceedings on the aforesaid legal notice through a communication dated September 26, 2006 (Annexure P.10) when some information has been sought from GGS College of Modern Technology, Ludhiana Road, Kharar, respondent No.3.
In this view of the matter, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondent Punjab Technical University to take a final decision on the claim made by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is received, by passing a detailed and speaking order and take such further appropriate action, as may be required, in accordance with law.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
