The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

for issuing directions to respondents No.1 to 5 to hand over the investigation of case FIR No. 109 dated 23.4.2005 under Sections 376/120- B/506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station City, Narnaul, to some independent agency.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that since after the investigation, the police has submitted the cancellation report to the Court, therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with a iberty to contest the said cancellation report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
