The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 321 dated 22.6.2006 under Sections 377 IPC, registered at Police Station City, Palwal.

After arguing the case for some time, counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the petitioner does not want to press this petition with a liberty to approach again after examination of some prosecution witness.

Dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
