The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

for the grant of permission to the petitioner to travel abroad to attend the engagement ceremony of his daughter as well as in connection with his business.

Counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file fresh one with the particulars that now the engagement of his daughter has been postponed.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
