CWP No. 17005 of 2006
Date of decision: 27.10.2006
Dr. Sudhir Kumar
State of Haryana and others
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M. KUMAR
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M.S. BEDI
PRESENT: Mr. Ashwani Bakshi, Advocate,
for the petitioner.
M.M. KUMAR, J. (Oral)
The instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution prays for quashing transfer orders dated 13.10.2006 (P- 3) qua the petitioner and 29.7.2006 (P-2) qua respondent No. 4.
Before approaching this Court the petitioner has not made any representation to the respondents by bringing to their notice the issues raised in the instant petition. Therefore, without going into the merit of the case, we deem it just and appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing representation by bringing to the notice of the respondents all the grounds taken in this petition. Let a C.W.P. No. 17005 of 2006
representation be made under a Registered A.D. cover within a period of two weeks and if that be done then the respondents shall pass a speaking order on the representation made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
