Petitioner Ram Murti has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuing directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to register a criminal case against respondents No.7 to 10.

After arguing for some time, on instructions of the petitioner, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail her alternative remedy.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
