CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JASBIR SINGH
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRITAM PAL
Present: Shri Ranjit Saini, Advocate for the petitioner Jasbir Singh, J. (Oral)
Gram Panchayat has passed a resolution, to discharge dirty water of the village in Khasra No.54. That resolution has not been annulled by any competent authority. Counsel states that the Deputy Commissioner is not allowing the Gram Panchayat to act upon the resolutions passed on 27.7.2006 and 16.8.2005. Be that as it may, no order restraining the Gram Panchayat, to act on the resolutions, has been placed on record, as such, this writ petition is pre-matured. Otherwise also, ample remedies are available to the petitioner Gram Panchayat under the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act,
1994. Petitioner may avail those remedies. No case is made out for interference.
