This is petition for grant of anticipatory bail. Case is for the offence under Sections 307/323/336/148/149 IPC and 120-B IPC.
On behalf of the petitioner, it is argued that Darshan injured had suffered only three injuries, which are simple in nature whereas the petitioner had suffered as many as 14 injuries and that he has joined investigation under the orders of the Additional Sessions Judge, Moga.
In view of the details facts noted in order dated 21.9.2006, order granting anticipatory bail is made absolute. However, petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall be bound by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
