for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
for issuing direction to the respondents to register a criminal case against the accused persons on the basis of the statement dated 2.10.2006 made by the petitioner before the police at the time when the petitioner was admitted in General Hospital, Giderbaha, which was also sent to the respondents in the form of complaint Annexures P-3.
I have heard the counsel for the petitioner and gone through the complaint, on the basis of which the petitioner is seeking registration of a case against the accused persons. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations, I am of the opinion that the present case is not a case of exceptional nature for exercising the extra-ordinary powers of this Court for issuing the aforesaid direction.
At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his alternative remedy.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
