According to our last order, the result of the petitioner has been produced in sealed cover which shows that the petitioner has secured 23.98 marks for academic qualification and 10 marks for viva voce and the total marks comes to 33.98 whereas the last candidate in the general category for the post of Accountant has secured 43.12 marks.
Having heard the learned counsel, we do not wish to adjudicate on the controversy raised as the petitioner has failed to make a grade.
