After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a Division Bench judgement in CWP No.460 of 2005 decided on May 8, 2006, titled as "Prem Singh Vs. Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board and another".

Present petition is disposed of in terms of Prem Singh's case (Supra).

Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of the usual charges.
