for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
for quashing of the complaint (Annexure P-1) titled "Lachhman Singh Toor v. Nirmaljit Kaur" dated 11.6.2005, summoning order (Annexure P2) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition by confining his prayer only to the extent that exemption from personal appearance before the trial Court be granted to the petitioner.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
In case the petitioner files an application for exemption from personal appearance before the trial Court, the same shall be granted on the terms and conditions keeping in view the law laid down in M/s.Bhaskar Industries Ltd. v. Bhiwani Denim & Apparels Ltd., 2001(4) RCR (Criminal) 137.
