From the perusal of averments made in the present petition, we find that the petitioner has absolutely no locus standi to file the present petition.
Even otherwise, we find that the petitioner is required to approach the respondent authorities at the first instance seeking relief, which has been sought by him, before this Court.
For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner shall be required to file a detailed and comprehensive individual representations before all the official respondents.
Disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
