CORAM :- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SATISH KUMAR MITTAL

for the petitioner.

* * *

Petitioner Jaswinder Pal Singh has filed this petition under Section 439 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 by this Court on 28.9.1999 in case FIR No. 69 dated 2.3.1998 under Sections 302/34 IPC and 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Ludhiana. In the petition, it has been alleged that the petitioner is being threatened by respondent No.2.

After hearing counsel for the petitioner and going through the contents of the petition, I do not find any ground to cancel the bail granted by this court to respondent No.2.

Dismissed.

However, in case, some body is threatening the petitioner, it is always open for him to approach the police in this regard.
