In deference to the order dated September 19, 2006, Shri R.D.Sharma, learned DAG, Haryana has produced a photostat copy of order dated 8.11.2006 vide which services of the petitioner have been regularised with effect from 31.3.1993 subject to the decision of LPA No.48 of 2006 which has already been filed by them.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, has pointed out that the arrears of pay have not been released to the petitioner.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the fact that the directions issued by this Court have been substantially complied with, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that subject to any interim order which may be passed in LPA No.48 of 2006, the arrears of pay shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months subject to however furnishing of indemnity bonds by him to the satisfaction of the Competent Authority.
