N.A. v. N.A. - CRM-52344-M-2006 [2006] RD-P&H 9956 (6 November 2006)

Criminal Misc. No. 52344 M of 2006

Present : Mr. Baljinder Singh, Advocate for the petitioner Mr. Y.P.Malik, AAG Haryana

This is a petition for release of the petitioner on parole.

The petitioner who is confined in District Jail, Kaithal had applied for parole for house repair. The request was declined on the report of District Magistrate, Kaithal on the ground that the ground mentioned by the petitioner has been found to be false and he should not be granted any parole.

On behalf of the petitioner, it is stated that petitioner was convicted in the year 1996 and last parole was availed in the year October,2005.

After hearing counsel for the parties, I find it a fit case to grant some parole to the petitioner.

Under the circumstances, 'two weeks' parole is granted to the petitioner on filing bonds to the satisfaction of District Magistrate concerned.

Petition stands disposed of.
