The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No.44 dated 15.7.2000 registered under Sections 498-A/506 IPC at P.S. Amloh and the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
Counsel for the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Gurpal Singh informs that in this case all the prosecution witnesses have been examined.
At this stage, counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points, including the point of compromise before the court concerned.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
