Petitioner Mohd. Sabbar alias Masita has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 66 dated 10.8.2005 under Sections 366/363/ 376/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Amargarh, District Sangrur.

The earlier order dated January 16, 2007, passed by this court, has not been complied with.

Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
