The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 119 dated 28.10.2005 under Sections 148,149,323,302,506 IPC, registered at Police Station Hassanpur District Faridabad.

I have heard counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the FIR.

Keeping in view the allegation that the petitioner also caused injury to the deceased by ballams and and the fact that his case is not similar to that of Daya Ram, who has been granted bail by this Court, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner Dismissed at this stage.

However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
