Complainant Sital Singh has filed this revision petition against the order dated 27.11.2006, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, whereby charge under Sections 148, 308, 325, 323 read with Section 149 IPC has been framed against respondents No. 2 to 7.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to move application for alteration of charge, after the medical evidence is recorded before the trial court.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
