In this writ petition, it is grievance of the petitioner that despite permission, having been granted by the National Council for Teacher Education (respondent No.4), its name has not been included in the list of the Colleges, which are permitted to enroll students for JBT course.
In view of facts of this case, the petitioner is permitted to file a representation with respondent Nos.2 and 3 within a week, stating its grievance. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, to take note and decide that representation, as per law, by passing a speaking order, keeping in view findings given by this Court in CWP No.17464 of 2005 (Annexure P/6). Needful be done within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
