This is second petition filed by Ranbir Singh alias Billu under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 45 dated 14.8.2006 under Sections 376/450 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Hajipur, District Hoshiarpur. The earlier petition filed before this court was dismissed as withdrawn on January 15, 2007.

After arguing for some time, I do not find any fresh ground for grant of the concession of regular bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.

However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
