This is petition against order dated 28.4.2005 passed by Civil Judge(Jr.Divn.), Jagadhri whereby application for additional evidence of the plaintiff, now respondents was allowed.

Counsel for the petitioner argues that the onus was on the plaintiff and after the defendants had completed the evidence, thereafter application for additional evidence could not be allowed.

I have gone through the detailed order.

I do not find merit in the petition and the same is dismissed.
