One Jagjit Singh sent a telegram to this court which was received on 18.9.2006 alleging therein that his brother Daljit Singh was illegally picked up by the police of Police Chowki Tibber on 10.6.2006. It has been further alleged that he can be implicated in a false case.
Pursuant to the notice reply has been filed by DSP (Detective) Gurdaspur, in which it has been stated that the aforesaid Daljit Singh was wanted in case FIR no.75 dated 25.4.2006 under Section 382/34 IPC, PS Sadar Gurdaspur. He has not been arrested so far and P.O. proceedings are pending against him.
In view of the aforesaid reply, no further direction is required.
