The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
for quashing the criminal complaint under Section 323/452/427/382/506 (II)/ 34 IPC as well as summoning order dated 30.10.2003.
Counsel for respondent No.2 informed to the Court that on the basis of the compromise between the parties, the complaint filed by the complainant has been disposed of by the trial Court, therefore, this petition for quashing of the complaint has become infructuous and may be dismissed as such.
