The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 103 dated 18.8.2006 under Sections 382,342,365,467,468,471,120-B,411,413,420 IPC, registered at Police Station Dakha, Police District Jagraon, District Ludhiana.
I have heard counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the FIR.
The petitioner was arrested on 31.8.2006 with trailor, which was taken by him on the date of occurrence, from the complainant.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and the nature of allegations against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
At this stage, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press this petition.
Dismissed as not pressed.
