for the petitioner.
The petitioner, who is a proclaimed offender, has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No.17 dated 28.5.1995 registered under Sections 323/324/148/149 IPC at P.S.Rahon, District Jalandhar.
After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to surrender before the trial court and to file the regular bail application.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
In case the petitioner surrenders before the trial court and files an application for regular bail, the same shall be considered and decided within three days, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case.
Trial court is also directed to expedite the trial.
