Notice of motion.
On our asking, Mr. B.S. Chahal, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the controversy raised in the instant writ petition is identical to the one raised in Civil Writ Petition No. 18733 of 2006 (Mahesh Kumar versus State of Punjab), disposed of on 27.11.2006. It is also pointed out that the aforesaid writ petition was disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 i.e. the Director Public Instructions (Secondary Education), Punjab, requiring him to take a final decision on the representation, to be made by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection to the disposal of the instant writ petition, in terms of the order passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 18733 of 2006. Ordered CWP No. 20093 of 2006 2
accordingly.
This order will, however, be subject to the condition, that the representation, in question, is made within seven days from today along with a certified copy of this order.
Disposed of accordingly.
