Petitioner Gaurav alias Amit, who is also accused in three other cases of similar nature, has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 387 dated 12.6.2006 under Sections 392/394/397/120-B IPC and 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police station NIT, Faridabad.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press this petition at this stage.

Dismissed as not pressed.
