M.M. KUMAR, J. (Oral)
The prayer made in the instant petition is for quashing impugned notice Annexure P-4. The aforementioned public notice has been issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, which is appealable under Section 17 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. We find that an alternative efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner against the aforementioned notice and accordingly we relegate the petitioner to the aforementioned remedy.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
