Mr. A.G.Masih, Sr. DAG, Punjab.
Mr. Gurinderjit Singh, Advocate for respondents No.2 and 3.

Learned counsel for respondents No.5 to 9 has handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners two demand drafts for Rs.30,000/- each drawn in favour of Gurinder Paul Singh and Jasbir Kaur. The afore- mentioned amount was paid by the petitioners to the respondents for which demand has been raised in the present petition. In view of the above, there is no proceeding left pending before the Arbitrator and the same is hereby deemed to be quashed. The writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
Needless to say that we are not expressing ourselves on the merit of the controversy as various issues have been raised in the petition.
