This is an appeal against judgment dated 7.10.2006 passed by Additional District Judge, Hisar whereby appeal filed by the appellants against judgment dated 24.10.2005 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.), Hisar was dismissed.
Plaintiff, now respondent was employee of Haryana Roadways.
He had filed suit for declaration. That suit was decreed to the extent that he was held entitled to full pay for the period from 25.5.1976 to 14.1.1977 with benefits of regular increments from the date of his entry into service as well as Bunching, higher standard pay scales (ACPs) as per rules with interest @ 12 % on all these benefits from due date till realization. filed appeal, which had been dismissed.
On behalf of the appellant, it is argued that plaintiff-respondent is entitled to the benefit of only six months whereas in this case, benefit for the period of 38 months has been allowed. It is also argued that interest is also on the higher side.
There are concurrent findings of two courts below. No law point is involved.
No merit. Dismissed.
