This is petition against order dated 14.12.2006 passed by Additional Civil Judge(Sr.Divn.), Pehowa whereby evidence of the plaintiff was closed by order.

On behalf of the petitioner, it is argued that only plaintiff was to be produced as witness and her affidavit had been tendered but she is still to be cross-examined. Counsel for the petitioner states that only plaintiff shall be produced for cross-examination and some documents are to be tendered and that one opportunity may be given.

I have gone through the order. In the interest of justice, one opportunity is granted to the petitioner for her cross-examination and to C.R.No.238 of 2007 #2#

produce documents, which may be admissible without any further proof.

This is subject to payment of Rs.1000/- as costs payable to the defendants.
