The present petition has been filed by the Insurance Company. It has been averred in the present petition that claim petitions have been filed by some of the claimants at Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhari, whereas, another claim petition has been filed before the Tribunal at Ambala.
In view of the aforesaid fact, the Insurance Company has prayed that all the claim petitions be ordered to be tried together at one place.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have stated that they have no objection if the claim petition, which is stated to be pending before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambala is also transferred to the Tribunal at Jagadhari.
In view of the consent given by the learned counsel for the respondents, it is directed that the claim petition, which is stated to be pending before the Tribunal at Ambala, shall stand transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jagadhari and shall be tried together with the claim petition titled Munish Jaggi vs. Rafool Singh, which is already pending before the Tribunal at Jagadhari.
The present petition is consequently disposed of.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
