DATE OF DECISION : 29.01.2007

CORAM :- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SATISH KUMAR MITTAL
Present: Mr. H.S. Rakhra, Advocate,

Petitioner Naveen Kumar has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 400 dated 21.7.2006 under Sections 379/411/420/464/467/468/471/ 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Bathinda.
I have heard counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the FIR as well as the order dated 14.11.2006, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda, whereby bail application of the petitioner has been dismissed.
In this case, five accused have been arrested and from their possession stolen vehicles i.e. 19 cars, 3 motor cycles and 2 tractors were recovered. The bail applications of some of the co-accused have already been dismissed by this court.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the alleged recovery of the stolen vehicles from the petitioner, I do not find any ground to grant the concession of bail to him.
