There is no dispute between the parties that Clause 34 of the Loan Rules (Annexure R2) amended upto 11.12.1990 provides for arbitration and same is applicable to them. Both the parties are agreeable to follow Clause 34 of the Loan Rules. Mr.N.S.Jagdeva, learned counsel for the respondents after seeking instructions from Mr.K.S.Brar, Member Secretary of the respondent-Board states that the matter shall be referred for arbitration within a period of two weeks from today.
Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
