The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

for quashing FIR No.214 dated 21.11.2006 rtegistered under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC at P.S.City, District Muktsar, and all the consequent proceedings arising therefrom.

I have heard the counsel for the petitioner and gone through the record of the case.

In view of the disputed questions of facts raised in this petition, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points raised in this petition at the appropriate stage of the trial.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
