This is second petition filed by Bijender Singh under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 223 dated 29.9.2004 under Sections 392, 397, 412, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. The earlier petition was dismissed as not pressed on 7.9.2006.

I have heard counsel for the petitioner and gone through the contents of the FIR.

In my opinion, no fresh ground for the grant of bail is made out.

Dismissed at this stage.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
