The petitioner seeks a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry into the allegations regarding procurement of copra against respondents 4 and 5 and other irregularities referred to in Exts. P1 to P3 petitions. Learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that enquiry is going on and hence the petitioner is not pressing this Original Petition. The Original Petition is, therefore, closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to move again at a later stage, if so advised. The Original Petition is closed.
