Various contentions are raised by the petitioners in this Original Petition. A counter affidavit is also filed for and on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. Now, the petitioners limits their prayer for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of Ext.P5 representation filed by them within a reasonable time. Learned counsel for the respondents has agreed to this course. In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider Ext.P5 representation and pass appropriate orders thereon within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is made clear that while considering Ext.P5, the contentions raised in this Original Petition shall also be taken into account. The Original Petition is disposed of as above.
